QCVC uses the triple ball format of play. This format allows the athletes to develop their skills, promotes participation and fun! QCVC also follows Sask Volleyball’s “fair play” rule for this age division. Athletes in the 13U program can expect:
- to practice a minimum of two times per week,
- to attend two SaskCup tournaments, and SVA Provincial Competition
- to possibly attend additional tournaments including the 13U QCVC tournament
QCVC fees for the 2020 13U program are $795. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required upon accepting a position on a team. The remaining fees will be due on January 1, 2020 and February 1, 2020. These fees do not include any additional team/travel fees.

New for the 2020 club season: there will be an evaluation for the 13U age division. Following the evaluation, players will be placed on a developmentally appropriate team. Those with more advanced skills will be placed on the Royal Purple team. Based on number of athletes, the remaining teams will be tiered into the following: Royal Black, Royal White and Royal. To be considered for the Royal Purple team, players must attend the evaluation. At the 13U age division, it is very important that athletes attend evaluations as skill level can vary greatly and coaches use the evaluation to ensure like-skilled athletes are placed together.
There is a $10 fee to attend evaluations. Registration for evaluations can take place here: Royal Program Evaluations 2019/20
