QCVC Executive invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting and Awards on Sunday, September 22, 2019 (time and location to be determined).  Among other agenda items, QCVC would like to fill the following vacant executive positions for the 2019-20 season:
  1. Facilities Coordinator (1 year remaining of a 2 year term):  Facilitate city-wide facilities for practices for all QCVC teams and developmental programs
  2. Registrar (2 year term): Looks after registration of athletes and teams
  3. Tournament Coordinator (2 year term): Assists QCVC teams in hosting tournaments
  4. Members at Large (1 year term, 4 positions): Assist various members of the executive as required
These positions are critical to ensuring a successful club volleyball season. Roles and processes are well established. In addition, outgoing coordinators will assist and support incoming coordinators this year as they learn and develop.
